  • Payment Terms: Standard projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your slot, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.
  • Intellectual Property: Upon final payment, the full ownership and copyright of the custom code and design are transferred to the client.
  • Liability: While I build for high performance and security, I am not liable for third-party hosting failures or external security breaches.
  • Amendments: I reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in my business or legal requirements.
